I specialize in alignment-based yoga, teaching Iyengar + vinyasa style classes, yin, and restorative yoga. My classes are accessible for students from all backgrounds and levels.
When you participate in a movement class with me, you'll feel welcomed and supported. I choose to engage students using verbal cues and demonstrations in favor of physical adjustments (unless you request contact!) If you join me to skate, you'll hear about what I've learned as a self-proclaimed "mediocre skater" — and you'll hear tips on yoga postures to soothe and support the muscles used most during skating.
